A Reunion of Friends

Last Sunday we had a "mini African" reunion in Pasadena.
Our dear friends and former colleagues, Jarle and Judy, were driving through southern California on their way back to Canada and called us to come and visit them in Pasadena.
We gathered at Steve and Doreen's house for a potluck lunch and lots of sharing of our times together in Africa. It was extra special to have our Cameroonian friends join us also.
We even let Jarle's brother and his wife join in the fun!
Thanks Steve and Doreen for organizing this fun time together!

You probably don't remember us but we had breakfast with you and Arlow and Isabelle in Fargo one time many years ago when our oldest daughter was at Bible School. I am Jarle's youngest sister and I have been reading your interesting blog ever since you started it. We all have blogs too and it is just so fun to be connected this way. I just had to comment when I seen my two brothers and their wives in these pictures. How fun for you guys who spent so much time together in Africa to get together. And now you are going to be grandparents. It is just the best. Two of our daughters live in Fergus (Susanne Strom and Nancy Stender) so we go down there quite abit and our 11th grandchild is going to be born in April so we will be heading that way again.
Blessings to you and your kids.
